Noosa National Park Walks

Noosa National Park is an excellent place to hike and enjoy nature. It’s spread over several areas, including the Noosa headland, Lake Weyba, Peregian, and Coolum.

We did the Noosa coastal walk, part of the Noosa headland. You can walk from Noosa heads straight into the National Park to the tip of the headland and back in about two hours. There are also a few other trail choices in the headland area.

The terrain is gently undulating and varied, including paved areas near the start, sand, forest trails, and boardwalk. On the coastal trail, you pass a few scenic lookout spots and a couple of beautiful beaches you could nip down and visit.

The Fairy Pools near the headland’s tip is a popular spot. The water is warm and clear, and we saw many people basking in the sun on the rocks. Hell’s Gates at the headland’s tip is also picturesque and a lovely wildlife viewing area.

Check out the Noosa headland if you’re visiting Noosa and enjoy walking, spending time in nature, and seeing fantastic scenery.

Tinbeerwah Lookout in Tewantin National Park

The Tinbeerwah Lookout is in Tewantin National Park amid subtropical rainforest and is a short drive from Noosa. It’s an easy scenic path up a hill for excellent views across the Sunshine Coast hinterland and coastal lowlands.

The hill is 265 meters high, and the trail is straightforward. If you’re looking for fun and active things to do in Noosa, check it out.
